Friday's are always favorites....

I love Fridays.....especially when they are my 9/80 Fridays and I don't have to work....and I get to spend the day doing things i need, and want, to do. Today was no exception....besides the fact I had to do my LAST test - the 2nd part of my heart scan for the stress test, the rest of the day was absolutely fabulous. I got to run a few errands and bought some CUTE new shirts at the mall, I went and got a facial, which my lady that I have been seeing at  Bella Rinova is amazing and I LOVE getting to go do that.....and then getting to get my hair cut. It was a FABULOUS day. Then my friend KV came in and we laid around all afternoon watching a movie (Mystic River (I think) his choice, not mine - because although it was a good movie, it wasn't my choice for a rainy afternoon! I would have totally had some chick flick which I am sure would have been utterly painful for him). But it was just good to have him around and get to spend some time with him.

We got ready and headed out to celebrate our friend RO's birthday.....we met a bunch of people out for dinner and then headed out to Howl at the Moon - one of their favorite places to go. Above, all the girls that evening - RO is on the far left!

Here is RO and her sweet hubby PO, who love the longhorns, and take every opportunity to flash the colors and signs whenever they can.

And here is sweet KV and I . Don't think we didn't take about 4 photos to get this one and it was only after I had to give him the evil eye to quit making the "K Face" and to take a real picture. And don't think I got a smile or anything. Kiling me, I tell you. That is the K face below. I think I took a million pictures that night and I think about 95% of them are that face! But you just have to love him - even though he won't ever smile.

And here is the birthday girl and I. We had such a good time - it wasn't as crowded as the last time we went and we got to take over a table and just hang out - which is exactly what we wanted. They were so funny and we had a bit to drink and there was lots of singing, dancing and jamming to the music in whatever fashion you felt appropriate. It was a great night!!!

Happy Birthday RO!!!
